Fruity Hoops! Here’s how to get in on the fruit jewelry trend.
Fruity jewelry is all over the place, why not get in on the trend with some beaded fruit hoops?
You will need the following tools and materials to make your beaded fruit hoops:
1: Pliers. You will need your cutting pliers, flat nose pliers and round nose pliers to make your fruit hoops.
2: Two pieces of wire approximately 12cm long.
3: Two earring hooks.
4: Beads of your choice. I used some glass beads.
5: Glass fruit charms. I used these pairs of glass charms.
Follow these steps to make your beaded fruit hoop earrings:
1: Create a loop at one end of one of the pieces of wire using the round nose pliers.
2: Add beads and glass charms to the wire in your pattern of choice.
3: Trim the excess wire so that there is only 1cm left.
4: Create a loop at the other end of the wire to secure the beads on the wire.
5: Bend the wire gently around to form a circle and link the end loops together.
6: Repeat steps 1-5 for the other piece of wire, making the second hoop.
7: Add an earring hook to the top of each hoop to finish your earrings off.
Now your fruity hoop earrings are ready to wear! How cute are they?

This adjustable chain belt can also be worn as a necklace.
An adjustable chain belt is a cool way to add some interest to your old outfits. This one is super easy to make and it could double as a lariat if you like!
You will need the following tools and materials to make this adjustable chain belt:
1:Pliers. You’ll need your cutting pliers, flat nose pliers and round nose pliers to make this chain belt.
2: A long piece of chunky chain. Long enough to fit around your waist with a little bit extra.
4: A large jump ring.
5: A head pin.
6: Beads of your choice. I used this metal cylinder bead and a pink glass e-bead.
Follow these steps to make your adjustable chain belt:
1: Add the beads to the head pin.
2: Bend the pin to form a right angle.
3: Trim the head pin so that only 1cm protrudes from the bead.
4: Curl the trimmed pin to form a loop. Once you have done this you can set the charm aside.
5: Add a lobster clasp to one side of the chain.
6: Add the charm to the other end of the chain using the jump ring.
Now your chain belt is done and ready to wear! Or throw it on as a statement necklace instead!

Here’s how to use feathers in your jewelry, feather hoop earrings!
Here’s an idea for incorporating shells into your DIY jewelry creations, make yourself some shell hoop earrings!
You will need the following tools and materials to make your feather hoop earrings:
1: Pliers. You will need your round nose pliers, cutting pliers and flat nose pliers.

2: Two pieces of wire approximately 10cm long.
3. Two earring hooks.
4: Two feathers. I used two small ones that I found outside.
5: Two leather crimp ends.
6: Two large jump rings.
7: Beads of your choice. I used these yellow and blue glass beads.
Follow these steps to make your feather hoop earrings:
1: Trim the ends of the feathers.
2: Secure a leather crimp end around the ends of each feather using the flat nose pliers.
3: Set the feathers aside.
4: Create a loop at the end of each piece of wire.
5: Add your beads in any pattern you choose, leave 1cm un-beaded.
6: Create a loop at the other end of the wire to secure the beads on the wire.
7: Form the wires into a circle shape.
8: Link the ends of the circles together to close it off.
9: Add a feather to each hoop using each of the large jump rings.
10: Add an earring hook to the top of each circle to finish the earrings off.
Now your feather earrings are finished and ready to wear!

Here’s how to make a braided bead choker, perfect for the beach!
Do you love the look of boho braids? Why not make this super cute braided bead necklace?
You’ll need the following tools and materials to make your braided necklace:
1: Scissors or cutting pliers to cut the string.
2: Pliers. You’ll also need your flat nose pliers and round nose pliers.
3: Three pieces of string the same length. I made mine approximately 60cm long.
4: Crimp ends. I used these rose gold colored ones.
6: A lobster clasp.
7: Beads of your choice. I used these green glass e-beads.
Follow these steps to make your braided bead necklace:
1: Gather the three strings together and create a knot at one end.
2: Begin braiding the strings.
3: Add a bead to the string currently at the center of the braid.
4: Braid around the bead to secure it in place.
5: Continue steps 3 and 4, adding beads in whatever pattern you like. I added mine fairly randomly.
6: Once you’ve made your braid long enough create a knot to the other end of the braid.
7: Trim the ends of the strings off.
8: Add the crimps around each of the knots at each end of the braid. Use flat nose pliers to squash the crimps around the string.
9: Add a jump ring to the loop at the top of one of the crimps and slide on the lobster clasp. Close the jump ring to secure the clasp in place.
10: Add the last jump ring to the other side of the necklace to finish it off.
Now your boho braided bead necklace is ready to wear! Perfect for summer beach days!

Do you like geometric jewelry? Here’s how to make a pair of square beaded earrings
These earrings are so easy to make! They’re a cool variation on the triangle earrings tutorial.
You will need the following tools and materials to make your square beaded earrings:
1: Pliers. You will need your round nose pliers to make these earrings.
2: Eight eye pins.
3: Two earring hooks.

Follow these steps to make your square earrings:
1: Add beads to 6 of the eye pins leaving approximately 1cm exposed.
2: Bend the tops of each pin to form right angles.
3: Create loops at the top of each pin using the round nose pliers to secure the beads in place.
4: Add beads to the two remaining pins. When you reach the approximate halfway point add an earring hook. Place the remaining beads on the other side of the hook leaving approximately 1cm of the pin unbeaded.
5: Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the last two eye pins.
6: Attach three pins to the earring pin to form a chain.
7: Bring the end of the last pin around and attach it to the other side of the earring pin to form a square.
8: Repeat this for the second earring to finish off the pair.

Do you ever think about what to do with those handles that come on paper shopping bags? Here’s how to turn some trash into treasure…
You will need the following tools and materials to make your wrap bracelet:
1: Pliers. Some flat pliers and round nose pliers.
2: Two flat crimp ends.

3: Two medium sized jump rings.
4: A toggle clasp.
5: A charm. I used this bead charm that I had made earlier.
6: Some cord from a paper shopping bag. The piece I had was long enough to wrap three times around my wrist.
Follow these steps to make your cord wrap bracelet:
1: Squash a crimp end around each end of the cord, secure each in place by squeezing it using the flat nose pliers.
2: Add a jump ring to the end of one crimp and slide on part of the toggle clasp. Close the jump ring to secure the clasp in place.
3: Add the charm to the jump ring.
4: Add the other jump ring and the remaining part of the toggle clasp to the other side of the cord.
Once the remaining toggle component is attached to the cord your bracelet is finished and ready to wear! I think that’s a pretty cool way to save some usable materials from finding their way to the garbage.

These earrings are hoops… with a twist. These beaded hoop earrings dangle down on some delicate chains. Features affiliate links.
You will need the following tools and materials to make your earrings:
1: Pliers. You will need your round nose pliers, flat nose pliers and jump rings to make these earrings.
2: Two pieces of wire approximately 12cm long.
3: Two short pieces of chain.
4: Two small jump rings.
5: Two larger jump rings.
6: Two charm connector earrings.
7: Beads of your choice. I used a selection of green glass beads.
Follow these steps to make your earrings:
1: Create a loop at the end of each piece of wire using the round nose pliers.
2: Add beads to both pieces of wire in pattern of your choice.
3: Once the pieces are beaded with 1cm of wire left unbeaded, create a loop at the end of each piece of wire.
4: Attach each of the ends of the wire together by the loops. Secure them in place using the round nose pliers to close them.
5: You will now have two beaded loops.
6: Attach a chain to each loop using the larger jump rings.
7: Attach the other end of the chains to each of the charm connector earrings to finish the earrings off. Connect the earring charms to the earring posts using the smaller jump rings.
Now the charms are attached to the earring posts your earrings are finished and ready to wear!

You’ll need the following tools and materials to make this ring:
1: Pliers. You’ll need your flat nose pliers, cutting pliers and round nose pliers.
2: A small piece of leather that is slightly shorter than the length you need to fit around your finger.
2: Two leather crimp ends.
3: A jump ring.
4: A head pin.
5: Beads of your choice. I used this green glass bead and a blue e-bead.
Follow these steps to make your leather ring:
1: Add a crimp to one side of the piece of leather. You can secure it in place by squashing either side down around the leather using the flat nose pliers.
2: Repeat this step to secure the other crimp to the other side of the ring.
3: Add the beads to the head pin.
4: Bend the head pin to form a right angle to the beaded section.
5: Create a loop at the top of the beaded section to secure the beads in place.
6: Attach the two ends of the leather to the jump ring.
7: Add the bead charm to the open jump ring.
8: Close the jump ring to secure the charm in place and finish your ring!

Here’s how to make a perfect summer anklet with braided string and beads
Beaded and braided, could this anklet be any more boho perfect?
You will need the following tools and materials to make your braided bead anklet:
1: Pliers. You will need your cutting pliers, round nose pliers and flat nose pliers to make this anklet.

2: Scissors for trimming your string.
3: Three pieces of string approximately 2 feet long (approx. 60cm).
4: Two cord crimp ends.
5: Two jump rings.
6: A lobster clasp.
7: Beads of your choice. I used two green e-beads and a larger glass feature bead.
Follow these steps to make your braided anklet:
1: Collect the strings together and tie one end in a knot.
2: Begin braiding the strings.
3: Continue braiding until the braided section reaches nearly half way around your ankle.
4: Add one of the e-beads to the middle string and continue braiding around it to secure it in place.
5: Braid the strings 3-4 times and then add the large feature bead, braiding around it as you did for the first e-bead.
6: Braid another 3-4 times before adding the final e-bead.
7: Braid around the final e-bead and continue braiding until the anklet is long enough to fit around your ankle.
8: Knot the other end of the anklet.
9: Trim the ends of the strings on each end of the anklet using cutting pliers or scissors.
10: Place one of the crimp ends around the ends of the string so that it sits closely to the knot.
11: Squash one side of the crimp around the strings using the flat nose pliers.
12: Squash down the other side of the crimp using the flat nose pliers.
13: Repeat steps 10-12 for the other side of the anklet.
14: Add a jump ring to one side of the anklet and slide on the lobster clasp and close the jump ring to secure it in place.
15: Add the other jump ring to the other side of the anklet to finish it off.
Now it is completed and ready to wear! Isn’t this just the perfect accessory for warm summer events?

Little pieces of chain aren’t useless… turn them into pretty delicate chain ring!
You will need the following tools and materials to make this ring:
1: Pliers. You will need your round nose pliers and flat nose pliers to make this chain ring.
2: A small piece of chain. Don’t worry if it isn’t quite long enough to fit entirely around your finger.
3: Two small jump rings. I used these small gold ones.
4: One large jump ring.
5: One medium sized jump ring.
6: Three head pins.
7: Three beads. I used these pink glass e-beads.
Follow these steps to make your chain ring:
1: Add a small jump ring to either side of the chain.
2: Attach the end jump rings to the large jump ring to form a completed loop.
3: Add each of the beads to each of the head pins.
4: Loop the ends of each pin using the round nose pliers.
5: Add each of the pins to the medium sized jump ring.
6: Attach the jump rings with the bead charms to the large jump ring in the middle of the chain ring. Use your pliers to close the jump ring and secure the charms in place.
