Here’s how to make a sweet daisy chain necklace using tiger tail wire!
Daisy chains are a classic beaded jewellery technique, and they look amazing! Here’s how to make one using some tiger tail wire and a selection of glass beads. Please note that this tutorial contains affiliate links.
You’ll need these tools and materials to make this daisy chain necklace:
1: A length of tiger tail wire, you’ll need quite a lot as the daisy chain technique uses some extra wire. I cut mine about 4x the length I wanted for my necklace, approximately 1.5m long. I suggest using your best guess rather than taking an exact measurement.

2: Some beads. I used a variety of glass beads including recycled orange e-beads, some gold tone beads and some blue seed beads.

3: Four crimp beads.

4: A clasp and jump ring. I used a gold-filled parrot clasp.

5: Pliers. I used cutting pliers, round nose pliers and cutting pliers to finish my necklace.

Follow these steps to make your beaded daisy chain necklace:
1: Add two crimp beads and the clasp to the end of the wire.

2: Fold the wire around the clasp and back through the crimps.

3: Squash the crimp beads to secure the clasp to the end of the wire.

4: Begin adding beads. I made mine a pattern of blue beads and orange flowers so started by adding 15 blue seed beads.

5: Add six beads for your first flower.

6: Take the end of the wire and thread it through the first flower bead to form a circle shape.

7: Pull the wire tight and add another bead to make the centre of the flower, I used my gold e-bead.

8: Put the bead in the middle of the circle and then thread the end of the wire though a flower bead directly opposite the first one you threaded it through to make the flower. This will keep the middle bead in place at the centre of the flower.

9: Repeat steps 4 to 8 to create a pattern of beads and flowers until you have a length you like and that is comfortable for a necklace.

10: Once you have reached your desired length, add the remaining crimp beads to the wire.

11: Add the jump ring to the end of the wire as well.
12: Loop the wire around the jump ring and back through the crimps and beads at the end, then pull the wire tight.

13: Squash the crimps using the flat nose pliers.

14: Trim the excess wire using your cutting pliers.

Now your necklace is finished and ready to wear! Whats colours will you make yours in?

How to make a double strand bracelet with ribbon and beads!
This bracelet is another way that you can make a multi-strand bracelet. This bracelet makes use of ribbons and a beaded chain for an alternative look. I used some recycled materials in this design, it is a great way to reuse ribbons and cords from old packaging or gifts. Please note that this tutorial contains affiliate links.
You’ll need these tools and materials to make this double strand bracelet:
1: A piece of ribbon. I used this thin ribbon that I had recycled from a piece of clothing.

2: Scissors. I used my scissors to cut the ribbon to length.

3: Pliers. I used my flat nose and round nose pliers for this design.

4: Some sticky tape.
5: Two crimp ends.

6: A bunch of eye pins. The number you will need depends on the length of your bracelet so it’s good to have a few extra on hand.

7: Beads. I used these black plastic beads that I recycled from an old piece of jewelry.

8: Two jump rings.

9: A toggle clasp.

Follow these steps to make your own double strand bracelet made with mixed materials:
1: Take the ribbon, cut it to a length that fits around your wrist.
2: Add some sticky tape to either end of the ribbon. This will give the crimps a bit more material to grip on to. You can skip this step if you have a thicker piece of ribbon.

3: Place the crimp around the end of the ribbon.

4: Squash one side of the crimp around the ribbon using the flat nose pliers.

5: Squash the other side of the crimp around the ribbon using the flat nose pliers.

6: Repeat steps 3 to 5 for the other end of the ribbon, squashing the other crimp in place.

7: Set the ribbon aside.
8: Take one of the eye pins and place a bead on it.

9: Bend the pin to form an angle with the bead.

10: Loop the end of the pin around the round nose pliers to form a loop.

11: Repeat steps 8-10 for another pin and bead, now you will have two beaded pins that you can now attach together. Do this by slightly opening one of the loops and sliding the other charm on. Close the loop to secure the pieces together.

12: Repeat steps 1-11 until you have a chain that is the same length as the ribbon. It doesn’t matter if it is a tiny bit longer or shorter.

13: Take a jump ring and slide it through one end of each strand. Close the jump ring to secure the strands together.

14: Repeat step 13 for the other end of the bracelet.

15: Attach one side of the toggle clasp to one side of the bracelet by slightly opening the jump ring, sliding the clasp on, then closing the jump ring again.

16: Repeat step 15 for the second part of the clasp.

Now your bracelet is finished and ready to wear! So cute.

How to make a waist chain using leather cord and chains!
This is a really cool design! It combines delicate chains and leather to create a cool and edgy twist on the waist chain trend. This piece is pretty easy to put together and makes for a really cute look! Please note that this tutorial contains affiliate links.
You’ll need these tools and materials to make your chain and leather body chain:
1: A piece of leather. Mine was about 54.5cm long.

2: Two pieces of chain. These should add up with the length of the leather up to make the whole thing around your waist. My chains were approximately 20cm each.

3: Four jump rings.

4: A lobster clasp.

5: Pliers. I used my round nose and flat nose pliers.

6: Two leather crimp ends.

Follow these steps to make your leather and chain waist chain:
1: Add a crimp end to one of the ends of the leather cord. Do this by placing it around the leather and squashing one side down using the flat nose pliers.

2: Squash the other side of the crimp using the flat nose pliers to secure the crimp in place.

3: Repeat steps 1 and 2 for the other side of the piece of leather, attaching the other crimp.

4: Add a jump ring to one end of the piece of leather cord.

5: Slide on one of the pieces of chain to the open jump ring.

6: Close the jump ring to secure the chain to the leather.

7: Repeat steps 4 to 6 to attach the second piece of chain to the other end of the leather.

8: Add a jump ring to one end of the chains you just attached. Slide on the lobster clasp and close the ring to secure it in place. (Sorry about the blurry pic!)

9: Add another jump ring to the other side of the waist chain to finish it off!

Now your leather and chain waist chain is finished and ready to put on! How cute?!

I think personalised jewelry will always be timeless and this tutorial shows you how to put a fun twist on a classic! Using colourful letter beads you can make a bracelet that says whatever you want. I started with initials but your only limit is your wrist size ;). Please note that this tutorial contains affiliate links.
You’ll need these tools and materials to make your personalised bracelet:
1: Your pliers. I used cutting pliers (left), flat nose pliers (right) and round nose pliers (middle).

2: Tiger tail wire. I used some silver tone tiger-tail and cut it a little longer than the circumference of my wrist.

3: Four crimp beads.

4: Two jump rings.

5: A toggle clasp.

6: Letter beads to make your choice of word. I used some initials.

7: Beads to surround the letter beads. I used blue glass seed and green bugle beads.

Follow these steps to make your personalised bracelet:
1: Add two crimp beads and a jump ring to one end of the tiger tail wire.

2: Fold the end of the wire around the jump ring and back through the crimps. Pull the end tight to secure the jump ring.

3: Squash the crimps using flat nose pliers to secure the end of the bracelet.

4: Begin adding beads in your chosen pattern.

5: Once you have beaded to approximately half-way around your wrist (this will vary depending on the length of your chosen word but for three initials the length is approximately half-way), add your letter beads.

6: Continue adding beads in the pattern you established on the other side to complete beading the bracelet. Make sure it fits closely around your wrist at this stage.

7: Add the remaining crimp beads to the end of the bracelet.

8: Also add the second jump ring.

9: Loop the wire around the jump ring and back through the crimps.

10: Pull the end of the wire tight.
11: Squash the crimp beads to secure the wire.

12: Trim the excess tiger tail wire.

13: Attach each part of the toggle clasp to either end of the bracelet by opening the jump rings and sliding them on. Close the jump rings to secure the clasp components in place.
